Sakar News: March 2019
Regional online news page, Sakarnews.info profiles Todorovden in Topolovgrad. Special mention was made of Konna Baza Sakar’s imported Gypsy Vanner stallion ‘Sakar Gold,’ who won the ‘Most Beautiful Horse,’ award.
Konna Baza Sakar also presented our new KBS sponsored annual award for the horse in best condition/best cared for.
Gypsy Gold was invited to the event by request of municipality representatives who visited the stables back in February 2019.

The Show Hub: March/April 2019
As the 2018/19 Dubai Pony Racing season drew to a close, the UAE’s premier online equestrian magazine- The Show Hub, profiled the Al Dhabi Pony Racing team. The story highlighted the team as one of the best in the country, with Konna Baza Sakar’s nine-year-old, Eva Mitchell finishing the season as top female junior jockey.

EZDA PRESS: January 2019
Konna Baza Sakar riders, Eva and Millie Hoppe (8 and 11 years-old), achieved outstanding results in the HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Pony Cup Race in Dubai, this week, when they placed 2nd and 5th in the 2km race. The girls were also the highest ranking females of the event.

Konna Baza Sakar was profiled by Ezda Press- Bulgaria’s most established equestrian magazine. The article highlighted ex-manager Maxine Williams (Windebank)’s level one assistant coach Bulgarian qualification and our continued emphasis on encouraging positive horse/human communication and horsemanship.

EZDA PRESS: June 2018
This summer, Konna Baza Sakar was fortunate enough to be included in the weighty 200-page Ezda Press Bulgarian equestrian round-up. Ezda says, “this volume has the full information on: institutions, organizations, associations, experts, doctors, photographers, artists, shops, shelters, schools, clinics, horseshoes and many others involved in horse breeding, equestrian and equestrian tourism.”
